Problem solved
Excel-checklist-based internal SMKP Minerba audits are hard to consolidate, inconsistent in scoring, and hard to trace.
My role
Designer of the scoring model and developer of the web application.
Stack & architecture
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Prisma
- PostgreSQL
- NextAuth
- Tailwind CSS
Notable technical decisions
- The element score (element value / element max) × weight is used identically by both the audit and spot-check paths; item scope is set by a rubric (resolveItemScope), with 17 isExcludableByDefault items outside the official 285 total until assessed.
- Multi-role RBAC: Admin, Auditor, Auditee, and PJO.
- DOCX/XLSX export and Dropbox integration for evidence.
Operational impact
Internal SMKP audits become consistent, traceable, and ready to report in official formats.
